New Organization Form
This form is for organizations that want to be included on the Act4C website. Information entered into the form will be featured on the website as your organizational profile (a few select fields are private and will not be public). Having an organization profile is not required to post an event but it does expedite event approval.
The name will be the title of your organization profile.
This will not be listed on the organization profile. This will only be used if Act4C team needs to contact you about website content.

When your organization posts an event, the Act4C team knows it’s from someone within your organization. Record and store this so that you can input it with future events submitted on the site.
